  • Times vary depending on the pickup or delivery option selected and the destination. We can drop off with only 24hours notice on the Sunshine Coast if products are available. 

  • Accidents can happen while at the beach, and we understand that. If you accidentally damage an item in our kits, please inform us as soon as possible. We'll assess the damage and discuss with you as required. Depending on the extent of the damage, there may be an additional charges. Our goal is to ensure you have a positive beach experience, and we appreciate your honesty in reporting any issues.

  • We don't; however, we do have special offers on occasions, as well as discounts at local cafes, restaurants and for other adventures depending where you are visiting - watch our socials for these!

  • We are super happy to deliver to your accommodation from Caloundra to Noosa. Discuss with us via email if you are outside these areas.

  • No experience is needed to paddle board, though good balance and water confidence are helpful. We recommend paddle boarding in the flat waterways, unless you are an experienced user. 

  • Your kit comes in a trolley, therefore on wheels. If you want to transport your kit further than walking distance of your accommodation, your trolley fits in the back of most SUVs or 4WDs, otherwise you can take the items with you and leave the trolley at your accommodation. 

  • We can accommodate these requests, so just let us know when you're booking. We too have families larger than the 'postcard 4'. 

  • We think we have nailed the kits and peoples' needs; but we are always open to requests or suggestions if something isn't quite right for your needs. 

  • We have really thought of everything, and yes the eskies and coolers come with freezer bricks. We aim to have these cold for you on delivery, but sometimes factors will impact on this.

  • The cabanas are medium size and provide approximately 43ft² of shade. If you need more than this because you have a larger group, talk to us about your options.

  • Help you? Most definitely! Talk to us about your needs and we can organise your shade, eskies, cheese boards, glasses, and so on! Parties are definitely one thing we know. We are working on some BBQ set up ideas, so make sure to ask!
